Kroeker Farms seeks a dedicated person to take on the role of Safety Management Systems Partner. You will collaborate with the HR Operations Lead and leaders to enhance safety training and processes across the organization. Your hands-on approach will ensure effective inspections, incident investigations, and the overall success of our Safety Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate safety training and certification programs
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents
• Organize inspections and safety-related documentation




• Support leaders with corrective actions and practices
• Monitor and enhance Safety Management System operations
Requirements:
• Experience or education in workplace safety or HR
• Knowledge of SECURE Work Certification or similar systems
• Robust organizational skills with a proactive mindset
