The ideal candidate will report to the VP of BC Operations and be responsible for attending claims, assessing damages, and communicating detailed findings. You'll need robust organizational skills and be capable of working independently, alongside a minimum of one year of adjusting experience and an Insurance Adjuster License.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and assess claims for damages
• Communicate findings through detailed reports
• Review policy wordings for coverage determination
• Negotiate settlements with insureds or claimants
• Ensure compliance with statutory claim processing
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of adjusting experience
• Experience handling property claims
• Insurance Adjuster Level 1 or 2 License
• CIP Designation or working towards it
• Robust problem-solving and communication skills
