• Collaborate with GM on team recruitment and leadership
• Drive sales through strategic planning and communication

• Manage inventory organization and merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance with cash handling and health regulations
Requirements:
• 1+ year as AGM or 2+ years as a Supervisor
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• WSET Level 2 certification in wine knowledge
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift 25 kg and work in cold storage
