This role requires expertise in gathering rigging tools and offering ground support. Reporting to the Lead Rigger, you will ensure all safety measures are met, check equipment limits, and assist with various technical trades. Your contribution helps create seamless events while maintaining compliance with Encore's guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize rigging tools and equipment based on event needs
• Provide ground support by staging motors and equipment
• Connect hoists and attachments to designated rig points
• Observe and escalate any safety concerns during events
• Inspect hardware and recommend solutions for issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over 500 hours of onsite rigging experience
• Basic Rigging certification and Lift Certification
• Ground Rigging experience and supervision preferred
• Experience with high rigging without harness
