In this role, you will facilitate scheduling, engagement logistics, and communications for the Mother Tree project. Key responsibilities include event support, public inquiries, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate scheduling for Mother Tree-related meetings and events
• Support logistics for public engagements and partnerships
• Draft communications and maintain outreach materials




• Manage inquiries and provide correspondence to stakeholders
• Maintain organized records and event files
Requirements:
• High school graduation plus related training and experience
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion practices
• Experience in communications support or related roles
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Willingness to travel to remote research sites
