This leadership position requires a strategic mindset to standardize operating models, enhance client experiences, and improve delivery quality. You will partner with various teams to conceptualize a unified model that aligns with enterprise client expectations for 24x7, AI-enabled service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and execute global delivery strategies across regions • Standardize operating models and service standards • Improve delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability • Collaborate with Advisory service lines for talent requirements • Lead performance management processes across delivery centres
