As a role model, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring recent staff while implementing energetic aquatic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide swim and aquafit instruction to members and guests
• Evaluate programs and promptly respond to customer concerns
• Maintain efficient and safe operations of the Aquatics area




• Uphold legal obligations related to lifeguarding and safety
• Create and implement operating procedures per established policies
Requirements:
• Passion for lifeguarding and teaching swimming
• Solid background in lifeguarding and aquatics leadership
