Key Responsibilities:
• Perform regular rounds and mechanical upkeep
• Ensure optimal operation of all mechanical systems




• Address alarms and respond to emergency calls
• Collaborate with outside contractors as needed
• Document operations and shift events accurately
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of operating engineer experience
• Valid 3rd Class Operating Engineer Certification
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems
• Familiarity with automated control systems
