We are looking for an experienced realtor producing 6–18 deals per year. You bring a proven ability to win business, deliver results, and work hard. The role offers a system to increase production, confidence, financial freedom, and time to grow your business.

Key Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch
Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Conduct two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths.

3+ years of real estate sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
