Our client is seeking a Claims Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for customers and brokers. In this role, your empathy and exceptional communication skills will enhance the claims process. You'll support customers, handle incoming calls, and assist with claims management while working hybrid from the Cambridge facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls from customers and brokers about claims
• Take first notice of loss information for recent claims
• Answer any questions related to existing claims




• Make adjusting decisions on claims when needed
• Assign claims to appropriate adjusters using skills matrix
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
• Robust customer service and communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with claims considered an asset
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting
