This role involves leading the industrialization and deployment of current manufacturing technologies across various teams within the Quality organization. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions. With a foundation in project management and continuous improvement, your work will enhance production readiness across customer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead digital manufacturing technology deployment initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deployment goals.
• Assess project risks and create action plans for risk mitigation.
• Ensure Technology Readiness Levels are evaluated for production.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering fields.
• Minimum of 3 years in industrialization or project management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
• Solid communication skills in both English and French.
• Must work onsite in Longueuil, Quebec.
