What You'll Do:
Lead and inspire teams across housekeeping, laundry, and dining room services to deliver exceptional care.
Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of cooks, dietary aides, housekeepers, and laundry staff.




Ensure top-notch quality and strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
Manage procurement, inventory, and budgets — maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.

Who You Are:
Experienced in supervisory or management roles within hotel, hospitality, senior housing, or healthcare support services.
Skilled in leadership, organization, financial tracking, and knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
