In this role, the HR Generalist will provide expert HR guidance and services to managers and employees across various functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR solutions for recruitment and employee relations

Requirements:
• 3+ years in progressive HR roles, 1+ in manufacturing
• CHRP designation is required
• Experience in unionized settings
• Robust organizational and communication skills
