Your role includes clinical assessments, medication administration, and care plan evaluations to ensure residents receive the high-quality support they deserve. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive clinical care assessments for residents
• Implement and evaluate resident care/service plans
• Assist in scheduling and participate in care conferences




• Administer medications in compliance with regulations
• Respond to changes in residents' conditions and emergencies
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge
