This temporary full-time position spans approximately 7 months, requiring individuals with a Grade 12 diploma and effective communication skills. Key duties include maintaining turf health, assisting during interments, and handling snow removal to ensure secure access for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair turf around City cemeteries
• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and aeration tasks
• Remove snow from roadways, paths,



and entrances
• Assist with grave preparation and lowering devices
• Complete monument foundations through digging and pouring concrete
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Valid MTO “G” class driver’s license
• Adaptable for varying shifts and overtime
• Compassionate with solid coping skills
• Reliable with a positive employment history
