**Job Description**
**Cooks (UTM Dining)**
1–2 years of relevant experience required.

Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Familiar with prep, line cooking, and food safety standards
**Qualifications**
**Certifications — Required for ALL Positions**
Every role requires the following, regardless of position:



Food Handler / Food Safety Training (FST) certificate
Allergen Awareness Training certificate
_Proof of these certificates must be provided prior to starting your first shift._
**General Qualifications**
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
