Schedule: 10+ Hours per day (day shift), 5 & 2, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Requirements: Full Complement of Hand Tools

Personal Reliable VehicleCSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support

Pre-employment: Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements

Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Fitness to Work Assessment

Working Field Foreman/ Dispatcher Qualifications: Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician HET with Red Seal – Off Road or equivalent

Must have between five (5) and ten (10) years'' Journeyperson experience

Off Road HDM experience is REQUIREDExperience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu is REQUIREDExperience with CAT Scrapers is Beneficial





Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics

Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIREDWorking Field Foreman/ Dispatcher Responsibilities: Ensure all equipment is continually maintained at the highest standards, and in a timely manner, resulting in proper function and availability.

Perform preventative, planned and unplanned maintenance, repair, overhaul, troubleshoot and test mechanical and electronic equipment according to company standards.

Oversee, supervise, and manage the day to day operations of our heavy equipment technicians in the field.

Dispatching of 10-12 field heavy equipment technicians and welders to ensure schedules and timelines are met.

Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure

Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture
