Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Schedule: 10+ Hours per day (day shift), 5 & 2, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week
Specialty Dealer Training Provided with Certification38 Bay State of the Art Shop with dedicated Engine, Transmission and Machining Bays
Specific Manufacturer Tooling with Software and Diagnostics
Sureway is a Repair Facility, not a component exchange shop; providing our technicians with a sense of ownership
Requirements: Full Complement of Hand Tools
Personal Reliable VehicleCSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
Pre-employment: Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements
Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Engine Rebuild Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) Qualifications:
Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician with Red Seal – Off Road or equivalent
Must have between (7) and (10) years'' Journeyperson experience
Off Road experience is REQUIREDExperience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu components is REQUIREDExperience with CAT Scrapers is Beneficial
Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics
Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIREDEngine Rebuild Heavy Equipment Technician (Heavy Duty Mechanic) Responsibilities: Rebuild Cat, Komatsu engines Complete overhaul of sub components Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner
Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and overhauls
Promote, execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture
