Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule: 10+ hours per day, 6 & 1, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements: Personal Reliable VehicleCSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support

Clean Driver's Abstract, Valid Driver's License

Pre-employment: Drug and alcohol testing (swab-based test)Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Foreman Responsibilities: Oversee, supervise and manage the day to day operations on site

Supervisions of operators and labourers to ensure schedules and timelines are met

Assist with troubleshooting Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner

Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure

execute and adhere to the company's safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture

Foreman Qualifications: Must have between (5) and (10) years'' experience as a Foreman (Water & Sewer).

Must have previous supervisory experience

Must be proficient with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis and Service Advisor

Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics

Must be open to new learning experiences
