We are looking for RNs and RPNs to work in our clinic in Kincardine, ON.

This is a Part-Time position Hours of work are during clinic hours, rotation inclusive of weekends and weekdays.

Wages

For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria.

The RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate's knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria.

The RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate's knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health at

Home.

Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services

Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care,



catheter management , etc.)Performing other clinical duties as required

Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standingA strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Excellent English verbal and written communication skillsCPR Certification

Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
