We are a rapidly growing equipment rental business specializing in Aerial/Construction equipment.

Based in Elmira, we are expanding our footprint across

Southern Ontarioand are seekingtop talent—high-performing, safety-driven professionals who take pride in exceptional workmanship and want to grow with a strong team.

Maintain and repair company assets, includingaerial fleet, telehandlers and construction equipment Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement effective repairs

Restore equipment to proper working conditions in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines

Complete accurate service and repair documentation

Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and vehicle safety

Follow and support scheduled maintenance programs

Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge10+ years of relevant mechanical experience(aerial equipment)Experience repairingscissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers and construction equipment Strong knowledge ofhydraulic systems

Provenelectrical troubleshooting and repairskills

Valid

Ontario Driver's License

Ability to lift up to75 lbs

Strong mechanical aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset

Factory training/certification:JCB, Genie, Skyjack, Haulotte*wage will reflect experience and licenses
