Medical Affairs Internship - Core Responsibilities: Scientific Literature & Data: Conduct literature searches, analyze clinical data, and summarize key findings for the medical team.
Medical Content Creation: Assist in developing and reviewing scientific materials such as slide decks, manuscripts, and educational resources.
Stakeholder Engagement: Help organize Advisory Boards, symposia, and virtual meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Professionals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical Development teams to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor emerging scientific developments, competitor data, and the market access landscape.
Qualifications & Requirements: Education:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD) in a health-related or life sciences field.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical data into transparent, actionable insights.
Analytical Thinking: Attention to detail and familiarity with interpreting clinical trials, health economics literature, or systematic reviews.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point) and reference management tools.
Language: English
Work Term: 4 months (Beginning of September 2026 – End of December 2026)Additional Information
The hourly rate for this position is $26 CAD.
Individual pay is determined by several factors, which include but are not limited to: job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
