This full time role will lead the maintenance team across two Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities across building systems
• Supervise grounds upkeep, repairs, and resident requests
• Lead safety planning, orientations, and fire drills




• Collaborate with contractors and manage specialized repairs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in building maintenance and facility operations
• Proven leadership skills in supervising and managing teams
• Solid knowledge of building systems and safety regulations
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
