Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and comprehend initial complaints thoroughly
• Formulate comprehensive investigation plans
• Conduct interviews and document findings accurately
• Identify discrepancies in information gathered
• Organize investigation files and records
Requirements:
• Two or three-year college credentials
• Proficiency in French and English (C1 level)
• Up to 3 years of sector experience
• Knowledge of investigation methods and early childhood regulation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
