This role is vital for fostering health and wellness among military personnel at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. You will create and oversee fitness training sessions, evaluate performance, and provide expert aquatics and sports instruction. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct physical fitness training sessions
• Lead aquatics courses and lifeguard training
• Analyze and report on fitness evaluations
• Facilitate training in various sports disciplines
• Innovate fitness programs based on research
Requirements:
• Certificate in Exercise Physiology or similar
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Experience in aquatics and sports coaching
• Proficiency in developing tactical fitness programs
• Pass a physical fitness test as required
