What you’ll do:
Share your passion and knowledge of Microsoft products with customers and team members
Help customers find the perfect Microsoft product or solution and respond to their questions
Create an amazing customer experience
Participate in ongoing training provided by Microsoft

What we’re looking for:
1 to 2 years' experience in retail
Knowledge of Microsoft products
Ability to attend required periodic offsite training
Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
Flexibility to adapt to energetic situations in a fast-paced environment
