Be a vital part of the Stratford Festival's security team as a Stage Door Guard in Stratford, Ontario. This casual role will have you monitoring theatre security and facilitating a protected workplace.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our Facilities team in casually covering security shifts. In this role, you will monitor the festival buildings, control access points, and engage with the public and staff. Regular physical tasks and detailed security observations are part of your responsibilities, ensuring everyone’s safety who attends our events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor security of the festival's venues
• Control loading dock access and parking
• Conduct shipping and receiving operations




• Perform regular security building patrols
• Lift, bend, and inspect materials as required
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License mandatory
• Bondable individual with valid Ontario Driver’s License
• Physical ability for light to heavy lifting
• First Aid/CPR/AED Level C certificate required
• Experience in general security practices preferred
