Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support their Edmonton technology team. This permanent full time role involves coordinating testing activities, managing defects, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. You will collaborate closely with various tech teams and stakeholders to guarantee successful project outcomes while transitioning from onsite to hybrid work.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute manual and automated test cases and document outcomes • Validate end-to-end business processes and system functionality • Identify, document,



and track defects through resolution • Develop and maintain test plans and testing documentation • Coordinate testing efforts and monitor progress for timely delivery

Requirements: • Five years in software quality assurance or testing • Post-secondary degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Proficient in automated testing tools and methodologies • Robust communication skills for stakeholder engagement
