As a crucial member of this family-owned facility, you will work rigorously to restore vehicles to their original condition, focusing on both structural integrity and aesthetics. This role requires a technician who is skilled in multitasking and detail-oriented while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Examine collision damage and plan repairs
• Disassemble vehicle parts to assess repairs needed
• Repair and replace safety systems and body components
• Prepare surfaces for painting with precision
• Ensure compliance with OEM specifications on all repairs
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of collision repair experience
• 2nd or 3rd year apprentice or Journeyman accepted
• Familiarity with I-CAR training preferred
• Skilled in MIG welding and auto body repairs
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
