Mac-Weld Machining Ltd. is seeking a Buffer at our Sarnia location

Responsibilities

- Reviews Purchase Order with attention to detail to determine all necessary special finishes and additions to parts according to customer specifications such as: drilling vent holes using corded drills or a drill press and/or the addition of a plug and chain.
- Removes burrs and polishes manufactured parts using hand and power tools such as Pedestal Grinders, Hand Grinders, Belt Sanders and Abrasives.
- Machines wrench flats with precision using the Trak Lathe and Milling Machine.
- Maintains a clean working environment and equipment.
- Adhere to Mac-Weld Quality Management System requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma.
- Experience with power tools required.
- Mechanical aptitude.




- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.

This is a full time position in our Sarnia facility where the individual may be required to work weekends and overtime from time to time

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
