As the go to water treatment/U fill stores in Ontario since 1989, Water Depot has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Full Time Water Treatment team member, reporting to and working in close collaboration with the General Manager.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Water Depot Management Team, the Service person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and servicing new/existing accounts in the Aurora/Newmarket/ Bolton area. They will work closely with our customers to provide water treatment programs tailored to their specific needs. This person will perform water analysis, product demonstrations and install equipment to meet the customers needs

A valid G driver’s license is a must. Applicants should have a working knowledge of basic tools and plumbing. This position has extreme potential for growth within the company. Must be willing to work hard and get dirty sometimes.

As part of the Water Treatment Team, you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to our recent and exciting customers. You will be servicing and installing Water Softeners, Reverse Osmosis Systems, Filtration systems, Whole Home Water Treatment Systems, for both residential and commercial customers. Your work area will be Aurora/Newmarket/Bolton and surrounding area.

What We are Looking For:

· Previous plumbing experience.

· Previous Water Treatment experience.





· A valid G drivers license.

· Ability to discuss and explain all products to the customer and answer any of there questions

· Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills

· Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively

· Ability to work as scheduled to meet attendance requirements

· Customer service oriented

· Welcoming, professional, and attentive to the needs of our customers

· Strong listening and communication skills

· Proficient with computers, able to learn new software and processes

· Mature, responsible with sound decision making skills

· Retail, sales, service, or customer service experience is a great asset

· Construction or home renovation is an asset
