Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, laser hair removal and laser skin treatments with precision and care.
- Provide professional advice on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment options tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell relevant skincare products to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring treatment areas are clean and organized at all times.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing questions, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and handling retail sales transactions.




- Promote retail sales through effective communication of product benefits during consultations and demos.

Skills

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes guests feel valued.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments, products, and skincare advice.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in all treatments.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Proficiency in performing some of all of these treatments: laser hair removal, laser skin treatments, IPL, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, and other aesthetic services is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Hospitality-minded with a passion for guest services that leaves clients eager to return.

Pay: $25.00-$39.00 per hour
