We are looking for a Social Worker to join our innovative and dynamic multidisciplinary team of therapists, serving clients within our home care program. Join our team to make a positive impact for the people you work with.
As a progressive therapist-owned company, Quinte and District Rehabilitation (Quinte Rehab) provides therapy services to a diverse client base in the comfort of their homes. Our clients span across Hastings and Prince Edward Counties, encompassing areas such as Belleville,
Picton, Trenton, and Bancroft. We pride ourselves on collaborative efforts with clients and caregivers, delivering responsive, integrated, and client-centred care through the Ontario Health at Home Program.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s of Social Work degree (required)
- You must be registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (required)
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
