Requirements:

- Previous experience in fine dining or Japanese restaurants preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese food culture and Sake is a plus.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while staying calm and polite.
- Fluent in English
- Hardworking and team-oriented.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome
- Take orders accurately and serve food/drinks promptly.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
- Provide high-quality table service with a deep understanding of our menu (Sushi, Sake, and seasonal specials).
