We are currently recruiting for a Team Lead position for the Evening Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM) at our warehouse located at 250 First Gulf Blvd., Brampton, ON.

Please note: The successful candidate must be available to complete training on the Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). Upon successful completion of the training period, the employee will transition to the regular Evening Shift (3:30 PM – 12:00 AM).

Position Summary

- Support the Operations Supervisor and Management in leading the day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Ensure operational KPIs and productivity targets are consistently achieved.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure customer expectations and service levels are met.
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Support efficient warehouse space utilization and implement best warehousing practices.
- Work closely with the Wave Planner and Dispatcher to resolve scheduling conflicts involving internal teams and transportation providers.
- Ensure the operations team understands and meets customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure daily and urgent customer requests are completed on time.
- Maintain effective and timely communication with Management, Supervisors, CSRs, customers, and team members.
- Promote a protected, productive, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 3 years of combined warehouse and Lead Hand experience in a warehouse environment.
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and walkies.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and industry best practices.
- Experience working in a distribution center environment.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) requirements.
- Experience with inventory control.
- Previous experience in the 3PL industry is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
