This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and delivering exceptional guest service during overnight hours. As our Night Auditor, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth front desk operations while completing end-of-day financial and system reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with a warm and professional attitude
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room requests
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally
- Perform nightly accounting and audit procedures to ensure accuracy of guest accounts, payments, and daily transactions
- Reconcile daily financial reports, room revenue, and payment records
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure all systems are balanced correctly




- Maintain front desk operations and resort security awareness during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when needed
- Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries professionally
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain organized and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, guest services, or night audit is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Comfortable working with computer systems, reservations software, and basic reporting tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and calm under pressure
- Adaptable availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
