Drive employee engagement and development as Learning Coordinator at Miller Waste Systems in Markham, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on coordinating training programs and supporting organizational initiatives.
The Learning and Development Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, and is responsible for maintaining compliance and effective training processes. Facilitate onboarding, track participation records, and adjust programs based on participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer various OD programs including onboarding and performance management
• Coordinate training logistics and respond to inquiries
• Conduct orientation sessions for current hires
• Analyze participant feedback and make recommendations




• Manage training documentation and compliance tracking
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or similar field
• Two years of administrative experience, HR background preferred
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational abilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license for occasional travel
