The House Person Supervisor will assist in the leadership of the team members within the housekeeping department. All team leaders will operate under a “hands-on” approach.
Providing direct leadership and training to all areas of the department.
Inspecting and maintaining all guest rooms as well as common areas around the hotel.
Preparation of daily work assignments.
Identify and report all maintenance concerns.
Develop weekly staff schedules
Participate in performance reviews and employee management
Participate in inventory control & product ordering
Oversee Laundry operations / maintenance
Greet guests in a skilled and polite manner.
Positive communication with all departments within the hotel to ensure fluidity of daily operations.
Ability to assist in guest room services.
Assist in maintaining housekeeping equipment.
Perform full cleaning of guest rooms (change linens, towels, clean washrooms and common areas, garbage, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking of all room amenities).
Provide any housekeeping service to guest requirements.
Assist other hotel departments as required.
