As a General Maintenance Worker, you will carry out inspections, troubleshoot issues, and handle minor repairs within our facilities. This role involves outdoor maintenance work, including snow clearing in winter, and requires familiarity with various tools and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections of premises and facilities
• Execute minor repairs including drywall patching and painting
• Install appliances and assist with HVAC maintenance

• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and report issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma mandatory
• Proven experience in maintenance is a plus
