Under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Custodian is responsible for helping maintain a clean and protected facility through regular housekeeping, sanitation, and general maintenance support. This role contributes to the overall upkeep of assigned areas by ensuring spaces are tidy, supplies are monitored, and any concerns related to cleanliness, safety, or equipment are reported as needed. This position supports day-to-day facility operations and may assist with related tasks, inspections, and required training as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements
Experience in housekeeping, custodial, or facilities maintenance. Experience in keeping logs and records for the Manager to ensure that the facilities are fully cared for.
Knowledge of secure cleaning practices and sanitation procedures
Knowledge of proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respectful, skilled conduct in the workplace.
Reliable and punctual.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties,



including standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as required.
