Key Responsibilities:
• Manage property budgets including Capital Expenditures
• Direct onsite personnel like cleaners and security officers
• Prepare documentation for Board meetings and AGMs




• Conduct regular inspections for maintenance compliance
• Ensure timely collection of Common Element Fees
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid CMRAO Limited or General License
• 2+ years of Condominium Property Management experience
• Proficient in Buildium or similar ERP systems
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle for site visits
