Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategies to attract and retain employers for client prospects

Requirements:
• Degree in business, skilled trades, or related fields
• 3+ years in employer relations or recruitment
• Solid knowledge of skilled trades and labor market
• Proficient in communication and event planning
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as needed
