This seasonal role requires full availability for shifts, including weekends. You will assist in various tasks at the winery during the harvest season, from late August to mid-November. On-the-job training ensures you acquire vital skills while supporting the team in producing high-quality wine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate equipment for crushing and fermenting grapes
• Add materials to juice or wine as instructed
• Clean and sanitize processing equipment
• Promote Health & Safety compliance with regulations
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for wine quality
Requirements:
• Experience in wine production preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and equipment handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced workplace
• Must handle physical tasks, lift 22 kg regularly
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
