In this full-time Nurse Clinician role, CMHA WW seeks a skilled skilled to offer psychiatric care and implement recovery-based strategies for adults with mental health conditions. Working within a dynamic FACT team, your responsibilities will include assessments, medication management, and innovative treatment plans aimed at lasting recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform mental health and nursing assessments on clients
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with the FACT team
• Provide education and outreach services in a community setting
• Administer client medications efficiently and safely
• Ensure travel to various sites for comprehensive client care
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mental health services
• Solid assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license necessary for travel
