As a Millwright at Sport Chek, you will leverage your Ontario Certificate of Qualification and expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation. Your role entails service and preventative maintenance of equipment while adhering to safety standards. You will work with minimal supervision, manage repairs, and support cross-functional projects in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns based on priority
• Document maintenance activities in computerized systems




• Troubleshoot and repair automation and handling systems
• Maintain safety standards and communicate irregularities
Requirements:
• Licensed Industrial Millwright or Mechanic certification
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with CNC and other shop equipment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to work adaptable schedule and weekends as needed
