With WSP's GTA Buildings Mechanical & Electrical Transportation Group, you will report to the BIM Manager, delivering high-quality 3D models for HVAC systems and plumbing. Your role supports ongoing development in digital design and aims to impact national and global M&E; production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed 3D models for mechanical and plumbing systems
• Assist Mechanical Designers with equipment sizing and workflows
• Ensure quality and accuracy in drawing package submissions




• Develop design automation tools for modeling efficiency
• Coordinate projects with international design teams
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of Mechanical BIM modelling experience
• Advanced skills in Revit, BIM360, and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of regional BIM standards
• Familiarity with Python or Dynamo scripting is a plus
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
