This full time position is vital for supporting high-value construction projects.In this pivotal role within the Preconstruction team, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Preconstruction. Your responsibilities include leading all estimating activities for complex projects, ensuring high-quality and competitive estimates, and guiding team members in enhancing their skills.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive setting
Direct all aspects of cost estimating activities
Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs across all trades
Approve estimates and proposals before presentations
