Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for union and non-union employees
• Resolve inquiries from employees and management
• Prepare year-end tax slips and government filings
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform reconciliations for payroll-related accounts
Requirements:
• 3+ years in payroll processing across multiple entities
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft skills
• Bachelor's or Diploma in Accounting/Finance
• Experience with UKG is an asset
• Robust communication and analytical skills
