Key Responsibilities:
• Frame walls in residential and commercial builds
• Install windows, doors, and interior finishes
• Set up floor trusses and subfloors
• Build decks and conduct rough carpentry
• Measure and assemble materials accurately
Requirements:
• Education: Grade 12 or GED equivalent
• Construction experience is a strong plus
• Must provide own hand tools and have a valid driver’s license
• Reliable transport required
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively
