Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment. Prior custodial experience and familiarity with cleaning procedures are preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment responsibly to prevent accidents or damage
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling is a plus but not mandatory
